Rental Repair and Maintenance Request Form

 

When requesting repairs for a property managed by CENTURY 21 American Properties, Inc.  please fill in all fields of the form below as completely as possible.

The more information provided by you on the item(s) needing repaired the faster we will be able to determine which repair trades person to call.

All repair request will be processed as soon as possible in a first come first serve basis (weekday) see below.  If this is a emergency please contact the office at 910-577-5400.

After being processed you will be contacted form the property management department either by phone or email.

Any information provided will be given to the repair person to contact you directly for an appointment.

Nature of Problem  (Please be specific. List item and room or area needing repair (ie: stove, door, heating and air, leak in master bath etc.)  and problem  (ie: leaking, not working, blowing cold air, making loud noise, etc.)
If more than one item please list items on separate line along with problem.






Please note:   Once we receive and process your request, your information will be given to the vendor (repair person) in order to contact you to schedule a time to repair the problem.  We will also contact you either by phone or email to notify you of the vendors information and phone number. If for some reason (once you receive the vendors information from us) you do not hear from the vendor in a timely manor please contact them to set up a time for repairs.

All repair request will be processed in order of  receipt or level of emergency.  This email box is not checked on weekends or holidays. If it is an emergency please contact the office at 910-577-5400. (Emergency considered electrical, plumbing, fire, heating, safety issues)  Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Items determined to be tenant errors will be charged to you.  If you have pets please make sure they are secured, it is your responsibility to make sure all pets are secured while vendors are at property. 

Please make sure all information filled in is correct.  Missing or wrong information may result in repair request being deleted.
